ING's eZonomics website, incorporating weekly newsletter and social media feeds, was a consumer-facing project embedded in ING Global Research, London UK.

The aim of eZonomics was to "make economics (and personal finance) easy" by educating consumers about behavioural economics. I was a full-time writer/editor on the site for four years.

We produced research-based content, in digestible, user-friendly articles, advice columns, slideshows and videos, to help current and prospective customers of ING Bank learn to manage their money better.

The project concluded in 2019, after running successfully for some years, with content and resources folded into the broader ING Think programme.
